So my role in DIA is coming to an end in 1 weeks time and i am trying to get a grips onto what the future lies ahead for me. Security, once a upon a time a very niche field with highly nerdy, technical people spear-heading the team, trying to fix security issues, is now a low-level entry with cert kinda things.

Working on getting my CEH and Comptia Security + figured out.

Though, I ask myself; does an entry level security man like myself have a chance in a highly competitive place like NZ?
